Venetian Shrimp, Toscano Chicken Pizza, Butterscotch Budino, and the Paloma Italiana cocktail are a few of the new offerings on Tutta Bella’s spring features menu bursting with fresh, bountiful ingredients.

“We’re ushering in spring with a menu that truly captures the bright and fresh flavors of the season and delivers a burst of springtime inspiration in every bite,” said Tutta Bella Founder and CEO Joe Fugere. “It’s a lineup that we’re really proud of and excited to share with our guests.“

We usually go to the Wallingford location, but this time we visited the Bellevue location that recently underwent a major renovation and reopened in February. It includes a new coffee bar that opens at 6:30 am daily, a covered and heated expanded outdoor patio, and the first Tutta Bella Marketplace with Tutta Bella retail products, imported Italian specialty goods, and offerings from local artisans, such as dips, breads, deli offerings, and more. Tutta Bella has four other neighborhood restaurants in Issaquah, Columbia City, Wallingford, South Lake Union.

The Bellevue location is modern and clean, with plenty of easy parking. We visited with our baby last weekend and the staff were so welcoming. The restaurant is definitely family friendly, and they provided a straw cup, kids menu, and a high chair for us.

To start, we ordered the Roasted Cauliflower, which is garnished with lemon, capers, and bread crumbs for extra savoriness and tang. The Calamari was perfectly fried and was light and crunchy, and not greasy at all. I nearly finished the whole plate by myself.

We always get the Margherita pizza and this time we also got the Roberto, which is topped with pistachio puree, Italian sausage, fresh mozzarella, smoked buffalo mozzarella, and basil. Both were delicious. The toppings are simple and well-seasoned. And the thin, light, and crispy crust is really what sets Tutta Bella’s pizza apart.

We had a wonderful meal and whether you’re interested in checking out their spring features menu or just visiting for their year round menu, Tutta Bella is a warm and inviting space with delicious food.
