Just Poké recently debuted new chef-driven warm and cold bowls, as well as build your own menu options. Available at all Snohomish and King County locations, you can choose from new warm proteins like Togarashi Hot Honey Chicken Karaage, Torched Mentaiko Salmon, Kalua Pork, and Garlic Shrimp, as well as a new sesame noodle base. You can also enjoy fresh flavor combinations like the “Heat Wave” bowl featuring Spicy Ahi, Sweet Onion, Scallion, Pickled Fresnos, Spicy Aioli, House Shoyu, Edamame, Spicy Crab Salad, Roasted Corn, Jalapeno Crunchies, and Umami Crunch.
I’ve been eating at Just Poké for years and love that they have convenient locations all over Seattle and the Eastside. My go-to is usually a build-your-own bowl with the spicy ahi, spicy aioli, and crab and seaweed salad. I love that most of their toppings don’t cost anything extra (some add-ons are extra, and they’re clearly labeled) and their regular size bowl with 2 scoops of protein is less than $20.
Their new warm and cold bowls are great to streamline decision making. The cold bowls are a delicious and satisfying, especially on warm summer days. If you’re looking for a hot dish, try one of their new warm bowls. We recommend the Seared Salmon, Honey Karaage, or Kalua Pork.
