Today, The Pastry Project announced on Instagram that they are opening up a walk-up bakery on October 16! I’m so excited! A pastry education space in Pioneer Square with a very popular summer soft serve window, their new bakery menu will include cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, and things like maple pancake croissants, crème brûlée croissants, and seasonal upside down fruit cakes topped with whipped cream and toffee sauce.
They’ll also have breakfast items like a homemade granola yogurt bowl with passion fruit curd & local honey and a pillowy bran bread topped with a special whipped butter. And savory items like olive and feta studded focaccia, a ham & cheese croissant, and more, more, more!!
