Chateau Ste Michelle, one of the country’s most historic wineries hosted a winemakers dinner on January 23rd, providing a behind-the-scenes experience with winemakers Bob Bertheau and Ernst Loosen.
Living in the PNW sure has its charms, and access to lovely local wines and brews is one of them. With fall on the horizon, I find myself clinging on to the final weeks of summer with lots of outdoor excursions (with the zoo being a favorite!) and refreshing drinks.
