Wine and cheese is a classic pairing, but what kind of cheese goes well with Champagne?  And does Bleu Cheese partner nicely with Pinot?  Participants will learn some simple tricks that bring ease and elegance to any home or event. Participants will taste six wines that offer perfect pairing with four artisanal cheeses.  Cost: $65/person.

Sunday, March 20 | Wine 101

One of the most popular offered, this “no pressure” class covers the basics about white and red wines, wine evaluations, tastings and selections.  Participants will taste, evaluate and discuss at least six different wines during class, practice tasting techniques, learn about different wine varietals and get a chance to ask any of question — no matter how basic.  This class is a wonderful opportunity to learn the basics about wines.
