Well over 600 guests joined basketball legend, Lenny Wilkens and his wife Marilyn at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency grand ballroom for a fantastic and glamours evening to support a great cause.

The grand benefit dinner helped raise a considerable amount of money on behalf of the Lenny Wilkens Foundation’s primary beneficiary, the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic. With the generosity and support of all the guests, their support helped Marilyn and Coach Wilkens’ committment to help make a difference, one child at a time.

The Lenny Wilkens Foundation funds organizations that deliver healthcare and education services to young people while honoring their dignity and sense of self-respect. The Wilkens’ commitment to this mission started with Lenny’s and Marilyn’s first contribution to the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic in 1970, and eventually led them to start the Foundation. The entire Wilkens family is passionate about encouraging young people to explore and achieve their full potential, regardless of their circumstances.
