Making volunteering fun and accessible for Seattleites.

Seattle is booming. Census data shows that Seattle is one of the fastest growing major American cities with a high concentration of young adults. Lost Lake Cafe offers diner fare 24 hours a day. Unlike most other diners, the food is good whether it’s 2:00 am after a night out or at 10:00 am in the morning. Whether you’re looking for a hot turkey sandwich drenched in gravy or an eggs benedict, you can be a part of a great cause on Tuesday, March 15th. As part of their Lost Lake Cares program, Lost Lake Café and Lounge will donate 10% of all menu sales on Tuesday, March 15th to Seattle University’s Dance Marathon’s efforts to raise money for Seattle Children’s Uncompensated Care Fund.

Cupid’s Undie Run focuses on the amazing mission to raise awareness for NF (Neurofibromatosis) and provide funds to The Children’s Tumor Foundation. The event is held in a total of 39 cities nationally and has currently raised over $2 million. Unlike other cities who hosted the run earlier this month with freezing temperatures like DC and Detroit, Saturday’s forecast calls for a party cloudy day and a high of 52 here in Seattle.
