City Sweats: Cellular Level Health

Detox is a word we hear all too often, with several products and services on the market making several claims about over all wellness from relaxation, to improved mood and weight loss. Given the record-breaking wet winter we have had in Seattle, everyone could benefit from some infrared sauna time as we look forward to summer in the near future.Image result for City SweatsEstablished in 2014, City Sweats in Madison Park provides Seattleites with cellular level therapeutic treatments targeting an array of health and wellness goals. Most notably, infrared sauna and body wrap treatments. The sister location opened in response to a large demand for infrared wellness treatments.

The new facility in Wallingford, which is 1,600 sq. ft. and features 9 treatment rooms, 4 private infrared sauna cabins, and 3 infrared wraps will offer the same exceptional spa experience regular clients have come to expect at the Madison Park location.

“Our mission is to offer wellness services, experiences and education to the community,” says Dee Alams, Founder of City Sweats. “We are excited to continue assisting and guiding Seattleites toward achieving their wellness goals, and educating them on wellness best practices in our new central Wallingford location.”

City Sweats offers a diverse menu of wellness services to meet client needs. Beyond infrared saunas and wraps, which have been shown to relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, and Seasonal Affective Disorder – common among Seattleites – clients can opt for lymphatic drainage massage, ultrasonic cavitation shaping, detox facials and more.

“We pride ourselves on being the one-stop-shop for wellness services, offering our clients a stress-free environment where they can opt for several services all under one roof.” says Alams.

To heighten the serene experience, clients also have choice when it comes to pre-service and post-service tonics. From Shot in the Dark, a charcoal-activated tonic for detox to the Spicy Detox Tonic, a combination of alkaline water and cayenne pepper to create internal heat before a sweat, City Sweats offers a holistic 360 degree experience.
