Savor, sip, save wildlife. Woodlark Park Zoo is hosting an end-of-summer extravaganza ‘WildBites’ that promises to be the best, wildest party to bid adieu to another fantastic Seattle summer.
You can potter around the zoo’s North Meadow noshing on custom-crafted bites and sipping on delicious cocktails. And of course, there will be exclusive animal encounters and exhibits. You’ll be having a ball, and doing a good deed too as funds from every ticket sold to this event go directly toward helping save wildlife. You can find more details here.
Experience the wildness of the zoo while savoring yummy bites and sipping cocktails inspired by wildlife around the globe, prepared by some of the region’s hottest celebrity chefs and mixologists. Each habitat at Woodland Park Zoo will feature a top chef preparing food bites with wine/alcohol pairings, with additional beer and wine stations set up throughout.
Seven celebrity chefs will come together for this delicious event. WildBites’ all-star chef lineup includes: Ethan Stowell (Mkt., Staple & Fancy, Tavolàta and more), Edouardo Jordan (JuneBaby, Salare, Lucinda Grain Bar), Melissa Martz (Tom Douglas’ Tanakasan), Quinton Stewart (Ben Paris Restaurant – State Hotel), Derek Simcik (Conversation) and Jack Timmons (Jack’s BBQ).

We love events at the Woodland Park Zoo as it combines the best of both worlds – adorable animals and summer soirees! What better way to celebrate the end of summer than to marvel and muse at the sights and sounds of the zoo and its animals, all while savoring some of the best food Seattle has to offer? As if that isn’t enticing enough, each ticket sold raises funds to help save wildlife in the Pacific Northwest, and around the world.
WildBites is an after-hours, adults-only event. Let the good times roll with the animals at Woodland Park Zoo on Sept 6! General admission tickets are $75 each and Premium tickets are $125.
