As we continue to battle the COVID-19 pandemic (and just survived the worst air quality in Washington since 2006), many of us are ordering food or picking up takeout more than usual. For anyone looking for a delivery option that is healthy and tasty, there’s a new player in town: Thistle!

Thistle is a modern, tech-enabled food and nutrition brand that delivers fully-prepared, organic, healthy, plant-forward meals to your doorstep. Each week Thistle’s chefs create a delicious new menu packed with the highest quality ingredients and superfoods. With breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as juices and wellness shots, Thistle offers everything you need to boost immunity and promote wellness.

All of Thistle’s meals are gluten and dairy-free and utilize organic produce whenever possible. Vegan options available.

We tried several juices, wellness shots, and lunches last week and everything was surprising good. Surprising because prepared and shipped foods ready-to-eat meals are not usually stellar. Living up to their promise, the food was delicious and also healthy. It maintained freshness as if it were made and delivered from a local restaurant. The dishes had really flavorful, craveable sauces. I’m not describing the dishes in too much detail as they generally don’t repeat the same meals for at least 8-10 weeks, with exception to a few of their most popular salads offered in jars and available as add-ons to your weekly order.

Thistle is currently offering a promo code (SEATTLE50) for the Seattle area offering $50 off their first two weeks of orders ($25 off each week over the first two weeks, amounting to $50 total). This promo code is good until October 31, 2020.
