Graze Craze, offering high-quality customizable charcuterie boards opened its first greater Seattle area storefront in Bellevue in May. At Graze Craze, hand-crafted boards and boxes are beautifully designed to feature delicious assortments of fresh ingredients, including gourmet meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade dips, artisanal sweets and more.
They can cater to any lifestyle, palate, or occasion, whether it’s a casual get-together, a date night for a pair of veggie-lovers or a large formal affair for a group that loves sweets. Melanie Bard, franchise owner of the new Northtown Bellevue Graze Craze, has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 45 years, cultivating an extensive background in restaurant and food truck management. Bard owns The Brief Encounter Café, a popular and cozy breakfast restaurant that will also serve as the storefront for her new Graze Craze.
Bard enjoys developing new food concepts and serving locals, so she is looking forward to offering Graze Craze to the community and using her new business venture to continue her involvement with nonprofit organizations like Old Dog Haven, Sophie’s Place and more. “My inspiration behind embarking upon this new venture with Graze Craze is the joy and cheer that food brings to everyone,” said Bard. “My whole family has been involved in this journey and we can’t wait to share this delightful graze-style way of eating with the community.” Graze Craze charcuterie boards are created by a highly trained charcuterie concierge, known as a Grazologist™.
