Hotel 1000 is hosting an exclusive Chef Pop-Up Event on November 16th where two culinary legends—Chris Keff, a local icon and James Beard award winner, will come out of retirement to recreate her legendary Whole Fried Rockfish Platter, and Chef Tyler Smith, Hotel 1000’s culinary prodigy.
Savor the nostalgia of Chef Keff’s signature dish, complimented by fresh herbs, pineapple anchovy dipping sauce, and rice papers, and explore All Water‘s brand-new menu highlighting the season’s flavors.
