Fisherman Jack’s

Fisherman Jack’s is an upscale Asian-seafood fusion restaurant that opened in 2023. Situated directly on the Everett Waterfront, Fisherman Jack’s offers beautiful views of the Port of Everett Marina. Whether you’re dining or simply unwinding with a cocktail, the waterfront provides a tranquil backdrop. Fisherman Jack’s thoughtfully curated menu reflects the owner’s Cantonese heritage and passion for Pacific Northwest seafood, offering a unique dining experience that blends traditional dim sum selections with innovative Asian-inspired creations.

The menu at Fisherman Jack’s consists of traditional dim sum, timeless Asian-fusion classics, and innovative, Asian-inspired creations. Notable dishes include the Dungeness crab rangoon, spicy wontons, Szechuan sea bass, coconut curry mussels, and steamed garlic oysters. Jack’s miso black cod is also a standout. And don’t miss the warm milk chocolate dumplings for dessert, they are a must-try. 

Fisherman Jack’s offers a carefully curated beverage program featuring craft cocktails, wines, and draft beers, each selected to complement the food menu. The Paper Crane and Weyerhaeuser Old Fashioned are two cocktails we loved.

The Muse Whiskey & Coffee

The Muse Whiskey & Coffee in Everett’s historic Weyerhaeuser Building, offers a unique blend of history and modern hospitality. The Gothic-style structure that was built in 1923 has been meticulously restored to showcase its original architectural splendor, featuring local wood species like fir, cedar, and hemlock.

By day, The Muse operates as a stylish coffee house, serving a selection of premium coffees, teas, and sweet treats. As evening approaches, it transforms into a speakeasy-inspired whiskey bar, offering an extensive list of whiskeys, craft cocktails, and gourmet bites. The ambiance is both cozy and elegant, and the waterfront location provides picturesque views, enhancing the overall experience. 

Menu highlights during the day include expertly crafted espresso beverages like the Coconut Banana Iced Latte and the Rosemary Sage Latte. In the evening, standouts include craft cocktails like the Weyerhaeuser’s Ghost, a vesper martini served in a two part martini glass with smoke, and the Portside Old Fashioned, where the whiskey is washed with bacon fat and accented with ruby port and oregano. The Muse also offers gourmet small plates, with the Roasted Bone Marrow and Dungeness Crab Crostini being favorites.
