Water Grill offers a seasonally driven menu that changes daily, emphasizing “first-of-season” seafood. Diners can enjoy a wide array of fresh selections, such as lobster, crab, and oysters, all sourced directly from the restaurant’s own King’s Seafood Distribution company.  

Notable dishes include the live California spiny lobster, the wild Alaskan jumbo red king crab legs, and the char-grilled wild Spanish octopus. The California spiny lobsters are strictly regulated by state conservation requirements, making them a rare find at seafood restaurants, even during peak season. Water Grill leverages nearly 80 years of relationships with local lobstermen to offer some of the highest-quality, responsibly sourced spiny lobsters. Unlike other lobster varieties, California spiny lobsters don’t have claws, which contributes to their sweeter flavor, firmer texture and overall meatier product.

Water Grill is also known for their raw bar selections, including the large selection of raw oysters served on the half shell and the farmed Peruvian bay scallops that are served chilled.
