Tickets are now on sale for the Seattle Sauna Festival, a one-of-a-kind Pacific Northwest gathering devoted to the art of sauna, restorative ritual, and community connection.

The two-day festival will be November 7–8, 2026, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm each day at Seattle’s National Nordic Museum. Seasoned sauna enthusiasts and curious newcomers to experience sauna culture are all welcome.

Built around the theme “Where Nordic Traditions Meet Northwest Spirit,” the festival will transform the museum grounds into a welcoming Sauna City featuring distinctive mobile and portable saunas from across the region. Timed sessions will allow guests to move between heat, cold plunges and outdoor gathering spaces, creating an approachable introduction to the social traditions, craftsmanship and communal spirit surrounding sauna.

The festival is co-produced by event professional Ryan M. Davis and Ana Hernandez, owner of PNW Mobile Spa, a woman-owned, family-run Seattle-area business that brings mobile wood-fired sauna, hot tub and cold-plunge experiences directly to homes, parks and community gatherings. Hernandez and PNW Mobile Spa have helped expand access to mobile sauna experiences throughout the region, including public events at Alki Beach, Golden Gardens and Lake Washington.

“Seattle already has the perfect ingredients for a meaningful sauna culture: a deep connection to water and nature, an appreciation for Nordic heritage and a community that knows how to embrace the outdoors in every season,” said Davis, Seattle Sauna Festival founder and co-producer. “This festival brings those qualities together in a way that is joyful, welcoming and distinctly Northwest.”

Meet the Sauna City Partners

PNW Mobile Spa will lead the festival’s current lineup of Löyly Partners (sponsors providing the saunas at the heart of the guest experience). Additional partners will be announced as they are confirmed.

PNW Mobile Spa: Co-producer Ana Hernandez and her Seattle-area team will bring the company’s signature mobile wood-fired sauna experience and community-centered approach to the festival.

North Shore Sauna Tent: A portable-sauna company dedicated to making an authentic wood-fired sauna experience accessible and adventure-ready.

Sauna Moon Seattle: A Seattle social-sauna and cold-plunge concept centered on crafted heat, movement and community connection.

Evergreen Sauna: Snohomish County’s mobile sauna, designed and built by Ryan Donk to connect guests with nature, community and traditional wood-fired heat.

Tempo Sauna: Tempo Sauna brings an authentic, wood-fired Finnish sauna to you. Private group rentals for the backyard, retreat, or lake day, plus full-service sauna for weddings, festivals, and multi-day events.

More Than the Steam

Beyond the saunas and cold plunges, the festival will create a lively all-day atmosphere with campfires, gathering spaces and onsite entertainment. The developing program is expected to include acoustic music, DJ sets and cultural performances, with the complete entertainment lineup to be announced.

Guests will also be able to purchase Nordic-inspired food, baked goods, smoked specialties and craft beverages from a curated collection of onsite culinary vendors. Participating chefs, makers and beverage partners will be announced in the coming weeks.

• Rachel Nesvig – Inspired by her Norwegian roots, Rachel has built a career around her love of music, performance, teaching, and Scandinavian tradition. She earned her BA in Music and Norwegian from St. Olaf College in 2007, followed by a master’s degree in Violin Performance and K-12 Teaching Certificate from Central Washington University in 2011. Rachel completed additional studies in classical violin at the Music Conservatory of the University of Stavanger, Norway, also using the opportunity to polish her Norwegian language skills. Although violin is her main jam, Rachel is an avid Hardanger Fiddler (the national folk instrument of Norway), an aspiring violist, an enthusiastic conductor, and a novice improv actor!

• Pat Riff – PatRiff is a globally toured guitarist, songwriter, and vibe curator known for his electrifying stage presence and soul-deep authenticity. Blending technical mastery with raw emotion, he brings a unique energy to every stage — whether performing original music or reinventing crowd favorites. Tickets and Festival Experience

Tickets will be sold for the timed sessions and include access to Sauna City, cold plunges, music and festival programming. General Admission tickets are $79 and include a 90-minute festival session. The $189 VIP Experience includes All-Day access on Saturday or Sunday, festival merchandise, a Nordic snack box and the guest’s choice of beverage.
