You may have heard the buzz that SoulCycle has come to Seattle, landing itself over on the eastside at a brand-new, bright and bustling Bellevue studio. We thought it would be fun to chat with an instructor to hear what it takes to lead the masses at this energetic hub of sweat, music and high-powered pedaling.
The first SoulCycle in the Seattle area opened in January at the Lincoln expansion in downtown Bellevue and I was excited to check it out. I was told it takes about three classes to really “get” SoulCycle so I bought their $60 3-class starter pack (discounted from the usual $28 per class). That’s right. On Friday, January 20th, SoulCycle is kicking off the cardio party at the very first Seattle-area studio at 500 Bellevue Way in the Lincoln Square expansion.
