With unparalleled views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountain Range, fresh seafood, and delicious craft cocktails, Six Seven at The Edgewater Hotel is a hotel restaurant unlike the others. Located on the downtown Seattle waterfront, Six Seven is one-of-a-kind and is one of our favorite restaurants in the city.

The Edgewater Hotel is laden with a rich musical past and surrounded by breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains, Elliott Bay and the sparkling city. Consistently named one of the best hotels in Seattle, The Edgewater’s unique location on Pier 67 means you’re just a short walk to everything you want to do in the evergreen city. Six Seven, the hotel’s award-winning onsite restaurant, features seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with fresh, local and organic ingredients.

Six Seven offers weekday breakfast and lunch, dinner every day, and weekend brunch. Brunch favorites include the Dungeness crab Benedict, the smoked salmon omelet, and the brioche French toast. We also love the crab frittata and the lobster mac & cheese. Wash it all down with a refreshing bloody mary or mimosa, and don’t forget to grab a Zoka coffee for a morning buzz. Lunch offerings include spicy tuna tacos, peanut noodle salad, a chicken katsu sandwich, and a marinated vegetable gyro. There are also larger entrees like the cheeseburger royale and the truffled steak frites.

Dinner at Six Seven is our favorite, and an added bonus is watching the sunset over the Olympic Mountains while dining in the evening. Start your night off with the burrata and smoked tomato jam or the oysters on the half-shell, which are incredibly fresh and come with a yuzu granita. The Caesar salad and New England clam chowder are menu favorites for a reason, and we definitely recommend getting one or both. For mains, we absolutely love the miso black cod and the seared scallops. If you’re not feeling seafood, the Roquefort crusted filet is fantastic as well. Make sure to save room for dessert, because you’re not going to want to miss the chocolate pot de creme (it’s truly to-die-for).

The beverage program at Six Seven is excellent, with seasonally rotating craft cocktails such as a smoky old fashioned, a spicy mezcal paloma, and a cucumber refresher. Six Seven also has some of the best mocktails in Seattle, along with plenty of local beers and ciders. Six Seven offers an impressive selection of wines that highlight the finest Washington, Oregon, and Northern California wineries.
