Wine O’clock Wednesday: Patterson Cellars at Pike Place Market

You might know Patterson Cellars for its value-priced, award-winning wines produced in Woodinville for more than 12 years. Now you can visit Patterson’s newly opened second tasting room — with floor-to-ceiling windows over two floors and wine-barrel tables — right below Pike Place Market in the heart of Seattle.

“With great neighbors like The Spanish Table, Paris Grocery and World Spice, we feel like we’re part of what makes Western Avenue a destination in its own right,” says owner and winemaker John Patterson.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Patterson Cellars will be pouring their 2008 Forbidden Red, along with 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2009 Chardonnay. So next time you’re at Pike Place Market, (Thursday to Sunday), stop by and check it out!
