The Art Institute of Seattle presented its 13th annual fashion show — “Fashion Roulette.” The annual runway exhibition is created and produced from the Fashion Design and Fashion Marketing programs at The Art Institute of Seattle.
This year’s “Fashion Roulette” show was a celebration of current ready-to-wear spring and fall 2011 trends. Featured local designers included Elisabet Kristofersdottir, Cindy Marlatt, Megan Cherewatenko, Lina Zeineddine and Isaiah Whitmore. The show boasted 80 to 100 outfits within 8 themes, and every detail of production, from visual effects, marketing and promotion, model styling and public relations was coordinated from concept to execution by students at the college. Joan Kelly, Executive Producer of Seattle’s trendy Fashion First show, was back for her fourth year as the show’s Executive Producer, and brought her wealth of talent and experience to this year’s showcase.
