According to the “Royal Looks for Less” in Glamour magazine’s May issue, probably a France Luxe L. The fine accessory company’s CEO Laurie Erickson began her business in the 80s by selling scrunchies door-to-door. After years of hard work and a collaboration with French manufacturers to create high-quality products, the handmade France Luxe, L. Erickson, and L. Erickson USA hairpieces made it to high-end retail stores like Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel and Anthropologie, among others.
“We want to be the Amazon of hair accessories,” says Jessica Piha, the France Luxe public relations representative who joined the company last year to expand the brand. Glamour featured only France Luxe hairpieces in their May feature on “Royal Looks for Less” inspired by Kate Middleton, and donated 100 free copies of their May issue to the swag bags for Jessica’s April 25th appearance about the feature on King 5’s “A New Day Northwest.”
