Everything’s Coming up Roses at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show

Or peonies, daffodils, and tulips.

With over 300 exhibitors, an incredible display of Show Gardens and a large number of free horticulture seminars–the Northwest Flower and Garden Show has been delighting and inspiring gardening enthusiasts since 1989.  The show will include a Wine Garden, plenty of fantastic live music, a breathtaking floral arrangement competition, as well as an elaborated staged Container exhibition.

Who: The show is independently produced by Northwest-based O’Loughlin Trade Shows—a family owned company that is well known for throwing some of the best and most well-executed shows the Northwest has to offer.

Where: The Washington State Convention Center.

When: This year’s show will be held Wednesday, February 8 through Sunday February 12 from 9am-8pm Weds.-Sat. and 9am-6pm on Sunday.

Why: The mission of the Northwest Flower and Garden Show is to motivate and enthuse fellow budding gardeners to utilize their public and private space to the best of their abilities and create a more beautiful and beneficial landscape for everyone to enjoy.

As an added bonus—guests have an opportunity to donate $1 and help fund a cherished part of the show (for parents and children alike), the Seattle Children’s PlayGarden, an interactive, hands-on activity area that will keep your kids entertained all day long.

How Much: Early Bird Adult tickets purchased before February 7 are $16, adult tickets purchased the day of the show are $20. A two-day pass may be purchased for $29 or a five-day pass for $65. Children under 12 are free and youth tickets (ages 12-17) are $5. All tickets may be purchased in advance online.
