Just in time for Spring — rediscover a whole new Tini Bigs.

The talented bartenders of the legendary Seattle watering hole, Shane Sahr, Ian Cargill, Michael Cadden and general manager, Joe Zara revamp the drink menu to offer a new lineup of innovative craft cocktails.

The "Juicer Cocktail" -- changes daily based on the fresh produce that is juiced.

For 5615 continuous days (and counting), Tini Bigs has been the frontrunner of Seattle’s craft cocktail scene, offering an exceptional variety of cocktails that appeal to well-seasoned libation drinkers and newcomers alike.

Inspired by classic cocktails, new techniques, childhood memories, as well as health trends, the new menu features 12 new drinks — all $10 each. A stand out favorite is the Slow Ride, a Gin, Dolin Blanc Vermouth and Maraschino Cherry liquor sipping cocktail that is slowly flavored by a frozen cube of fresh lemon juice, cucumber and rosemary.

Inspired by childhood summers, the Deep Freeze Pop, takes the classic Sidecar for a spin. Metaxa Brandy, Triple Sec, lemon and orange juice are packaged in a plastic sleeve and frozen at negative twenty degrees, then enjoyed like the classic summer treat.

The Good & Evil juicer cocktail is a health inspired cocktail which features fresh carrot juice, Pisco- a grape brandy, lemon juice, honey water and whipped egg whites. To top it off, this cocktail is garnished with the Tini Bigs logo perfectly crafted out of finely sprayed Angostura bitters.

The Red Dawn is a concoction of Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, Red wine, Habanero tincture and ginger beer, garnished with ginger and a slice of lime.

Aromatic summer flowers inspire two of the new cocktails on the menu. The Zu-Lander is a delicately sweet drink of island lavender tincture, Zu Bison Grass Vodka, Crème de Violet, lemon juice and simple syrup garnished with lavender petals. The Saffron Sour artfully combines Saffron tincture, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and whipped egg whites topped off with fresh spinach juice and drops of saffron flavor.

All of these new drinks as well as Tini Big’s signature classics — the Dirty Girl Scout, Spanish Tini and Smokey Bigs, pair exceptionally well with the restaurants new culinary concept launched earlier this year. Enjoy these cocktails all season long on the outdoor patio or relaxing in the swanky retro booths inside ‘Seattle’s second best cocktail lounge.’
