As part of W Hotels ongoing music series, Symmetry Live, recording artist and rising star, LP, rocked the house and performed an exclusive live set for an eager crowd of Seattleites at W Seattle.  Hosted by W Hotels’ Global Music Director Michaelangelo L’Acqua, the private event celebrated LP’s newly released title track and album Into the Wild.

LP, an LA-based singer/songwriter on the rise, was named one of Esquire Magazine’s Artists to Watch in 2012 and was a breakout performer at this year’s SXSW. With her unique and powerful voice, she has been described as a mix of Jeff Buckley, Florence + The Machine and Janis Joplin, with a style and sound all her own. She is currently in the studio crafting her new album with a host of producers including Isa Summers (Florence + The Machine) and PJ Bianco (Cee-Lo) among others.  Check out LP’s latest sound here and her recent television debut on Jimmy Kimmel.
