Local ingredients and wood-fired pizzas at this new neighborhood eatery.
Most of the menu is fresh, housemade, and often with locally produced ingredients. Owners Kent and Cindy Betts “take pride in stepping outside the box with unique products and flavor combinations, and acting as more of a New American kitcen than your typical pizzeria.”
The Station Pizzeria opened on July 1st, with a dining room, pizza counter, and a large outside patio overlooking the Sammamish valley and perfect for crisp summer evenings. The dining room is a social space with a simple, but modern interior focusing on an open kitchen. The kitchen has a six-foot, fully wood-fire oven made in Bellingham, WA.
They offer twelve signature pies, “build your own” pizzas, and several new American entrees and appetizers, lead by Chef Chris Lobkovich. The beverage menu is locally focused with six tap beers rotating, premium bottled and canned beers, fiften wines by the glass, and nearly fifty wines by the bottle.

Sophisticated and surprising starters for a pizza restaurant include Charcuterie Plate with an assortment of premium shaved meats, crostini, and a medley of house-made pickles ($12), Ugly Olive Loaf ($7), a fresh bread stuffed with three types of olives, and Mozz Tots ($6) made with housemade mozzarella.
Their signature pies include the Coppa-Co-Bamba ($17) with peeled cherry tomatoes, hot coppa, arugula pesto, pepperoncini, and habernero infused salt. The Forbidden ($17) is sweet and salty with poached pears, prosciutto, pepperoni, fontina, and finished with a garlic sauce. Featuring Southern comfort food, The Jerk ($19) is topped with braised jerk chicken, fried cheese dumplings, onions, and an arugula pesto sauce.
They are also offering early-morning coffee service from 6:00 am on weekdays and 8:00 am on weekends. Whether you are looking for a classic pizza or interesting and new combinations, Station Pizzeria has consistently delicious offerings and a casual, but cozy atmosphere for a great meal.
