Elevated new American pub fare.
In this edition of Food Porn, we feature Quinn’s Pub, serving up American pub-style food on Capitol Hill. Whether you’re looking to grab a small bite or to sit down and enjoy a meal, Quinn’s Chef and General Manager, Jeremy Ravetz, provides satisfying comfort food using quality ingredients in a casual, welcoming atmosphere.

Roasted Bone Marrow with four large marrow bones and grilled, crunchy buttery bread. Scotch Egg — a soft boiled egg with housemade sausage on top of a brussel sprouts and mustard cream. The Wild Boar Sloppy Joe was our favorite — juicy and flavorful ground boar meat with fried onion and sage and a grilled fresno pepper and topped with an (optional) duck egg.

Their famous Painted Hills Beef Burger is always a winner with artisan bacon, white cheddar on a brioche bun and served with handcut fries. Braised Oxtail and Potato Gnocchi, Painted Hills Beef Tartare and Seared Foie Gras are other decadent offerings.
If you have room left for dessert, try the Bourbon Cinnamon Ice Cream, their house-made Milk Chocolate Pretzel Bar, or the Sticky Toffee Cake with Irish Coffee Sauce.
Open daily 3:00 pm to 1:00 am.
