Like whiskey? Like beer? Like genius combinations of the two? Good, now only 18 questions to go. Unless you’d rather I just tell you about the awesome new hopped whiskey 3 Howls Distillery is launching. Yeah I’ll do that instead.

3 Howls’ Hopped Whiskey layers Amarillo and Horizon hops on a foundation of Chinook Hops. It has a strong flowery, citrus nose, and a long and lingering flavor of pine and exotic spice. And as one of only a handful of hopped whiskies available in the country, this stuff is most definitely worth giving a taste.

And taste you shall this Thursday, December 12^th, at The Unicorn on Capitol Hill. 3 Howls is hosting a launch party featuring specials on 3 Howls cocktails and a clothing drive benefitting YouthCare. The fun starts at 6pm and goes through the night.

3 Howls will also be co-presenting a special appearance by local band Pickwick at the Crocodile the following day, December 13^th. There will be special 3 Howls well drinks at the bar, and some exclusive 3 Howls giveaways.

3 Howls is a Seattle distillery located in SODO. They make a handful of spirits ranging from Bananas Vodka to Good Old Fashioned Gin and will be releasing caramel and rosemary vodkas soon!
