Chateau Ste. Michelle is Washington state’s founding winery featuring award-winning wines and an unparalleled tasting experience. Chef Scott Harbert will be serving a variety of appetizers and a multi-course dinner paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle’s award-winning wines. He will draw on influences from around the world that have shaped his palate. This is sure to be a delicious dinner!

Tuna Poke, Crispy Wonton, Avocado and Wasabi
Served with LUXE Sparkling Wine

First Course:
Potato Gnocchi, Gorgonzola Cream, Roasted Pear and Arugula
Served with Horse Heaven Sauvignon Blanc and Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course:
Seared True Cod, Clams and Fermented Black Beans, Forbidden Rice
Served with Stonetree Syrah

Third Course:
Osso Bucco, Braised Mirepoix, Chanterelle Risotto
Served with Artist Series and Cold Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth Course:
Caramel Apple Cheesecake, Fennel Caramel
