OUR EXPERIENCE: The spa is modern and a calm and soothing environment. The staff were friendly as they gave a tour of the amenities, which includes a spacious men & women’s locker area, sauna, and relaxation lounge. There is also a non-chlorinated lap pool, Jacuzzi, and gym. After changing into the robe and slippers provided, I was led to the relaxation lounge where tea and light snacks are provided.

The 60-minute Elaia Signature Massage was easily one of the best I’ve had. The therapist, Andrew, used Table Thai-inspired movements and Lomi Lomi techniques of kneading and stretching to relieve muscle and back tightness. He utilized olive oil and also some traditional Swedish massage techniques. The feeling afterward was complete relaxation and tension relief.

Upon checking out, I was ready to tip, but was informed a 20% service charge was already included in the spa service price. 100% of this service charge is distributed to spa associates. It’s nice not to worry about calculating tip! I would definitely come again and recommend Elaia highly. Next time, I will also try a facial—there are so many to choose from and they all sound so tempting!
