Feed Co.’s Central District location opens this weekend

The newest addition to the Staples Restaurant Group (Quinn’s Pub, Uneeda Burger, Zoe Events), is Feed Co.’s second location in Central District (2407 E Union St), celebrating its grand opening this weekend. Feed Co. is a modern, neighborhood burger spot serving seriously delicious burgers, sandwiches, and shakes created by Chef Scott Staples.

Feed Co. only uses all natural, hormone and antibiotic-free beef. They will feature the same favorites from the Redmond location. “Often changing with the season,” Scott Staples notes, “you will find our menu filled with fun and well executed family food sourced from the best Northwest farms and ranchers.”

The Classic Feed Burger is $5 with Quinn’s special sauce, lettuce, romaine, tomato, and pickles. For a little extra, add bacon, cheddar cheese, a sunny side egg, or sub a gluten-free bun. Try the Texicana for a spicy kick with frizzled onions, BBQ sauce, cheddar, slaw, and topped with a grilled jalapeño. The Bim Burger with shiitake mushrooms, scallions, ginger beef patty, pickled daikon, bok choy, and a kimchi aioli is a Seattle-inspired special.

Also on the menu is a higher price point bison burger ($15), sandwiches (such as a Cubano and BLT), and vegetarian options. Don’t miss the crispy cheese curds, sweet potato fries, and the glorious shakes. Feed Co. uses gourmet Snoqualmie Ice Cream for all their shakes, from vanilla and chocolate to huckleberry, salted caramel, and oreo.
