Now in its 23rd year, Cap Hill Block Party (CHBP) is set to bring some of today’s best in music to Seattle’s streets this weekend (July 19-21). Performances include Lizzo, RL Grime, Phantogram, Robotaki, Aminé, Cuco, Big Wild, and many more. Tickets are still available here.
In addition to the music festival, CHBP offers free community programming including auxiliary DJ sets, Yoga and Barre classes at Cal Anderson Park, and the Battle on the Block Skate Competition.
“As Seattle grows, we’re passionate about preserving an environment that supports arts, culture and public gatherings,” said Jason Lajeunesse, CHBP owner and producer. “That’s why we’re matching donations made with ticket sales to our signature summer event to benefit local nonprofits like Jubilee Women’s Center, The Vera Project, Artists for Progress, and Lifelong.”
