Legent is known for breaking boundaries as a first-of-its-kind bourbon that melds Kentucky distilling tradition with Japanese blending expertise, and they are currently doing a pop-up bourbon omakase tasting series in multiple cities across the nation! If you’re interested in attending this unique sipping event, enter the drawing where a few lucky individuals will be randomly selected.

Legent is a unique offering for both frequent bourbon drinkers and discerning sippers looking to try something new. The highly versatile bourbon is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a classic or new-age bourbon cocktail.

Introducing a totally new way to experience bourbon cocktails, Star Chicago bartender Julia Momose will craft bespoke drinks with Legent that are specific to guests’ particular taste preferences, as a unique spin on omakase, a Japanese style of service very popular in the US.

A one-night-only pop-up in Seattle will be hosted for imbibers looking for a truly unique sipping experience. Julia Momose and a local mixologist will present three courses of handcrafted Legent bourbon cocktails that highlight the best of East and West, paired with light American fare with Japanese inspiration.

You don’t want to miss this—sign up here for a chance to be randomly selected for the event! Those selected will be notified via email by end of day Monday October 18th.

Due to the intimate nature of this omakase-style event, seating is limited. If selected, you will be sent an RSVP with a link to a survey for you to fill out to help the mixologists get to know your palate and cocktail taste preferences better ahead of the event.

This bourbon omakase experience will take place on Tuesday, October 19th, at 8:30pm.
