Yuan Spa opened a second location in Kirkland’s Totem Lake neighborhood. The first location in Bellevue is frequently The new 8,000-square-foot location features eleven treatment rooms, spacious locker rooms, and a full hydrotherapy experience including two soaking pools, a Pink Himalayan sea salt dry sauna, a relaxing eucalyptus steam room, and an immersive ice cave imported from Italy. Services at the new location include massage therapy, advanced skincare, and body treatments including traditional Chinese scrubs, Gua Sha, and cupping therapy. 

Inspired by ancient healing philosophies from Asia, and combined with modern spa technologies, Yuan Spa founder Zhiqin Zhang spent over three years working with her team to conceptualize the new location and bring it to life. “The new spa brings together Yuan’s most requested services in a calm and relaxing environment,” said Zhang.

“When this project started, we had no idea we were about to delve into a global pandemic that would make this project even more challenging than originally anticipated,” said Spa Director Tysan Dutta. “Throughout the struggles, what has emerged is a resounding and undeniable need for people to invest in self-care. Yuan Spa has always strived to help people pause, unplug, de-stress and find balance in their lives. We are incredibly proud to welcome guests to our second location for a relaxing day of wellness and rejuvenation.” 

Yuan Spa at The Village at Totem Lake (11900 NE Village Plaza, Suite 176, Kirkland) is open daily from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm. Free parking is available.
