I’ve been following Coping Cookies from before they launched their kickstarter to open a brick and mortar, back in late 2021 and I’m so excited for them that this day is finally here. One silver lining during the pandemic was how many people started businesses. For some, it gave them the chance to really consider what they want, what their goals are, what makes them happy. Today, partners in life and baking, Sam and Ash, have their grand opening at their new storefront: 1828 12th Ave Suite B., Seattle.

Their large, cheeky-named cookies will be a great addition to Capitol Hill. A portion of their proceeds benefit organizations that they thoughtfully choose for each quarter. Learn more here.

Today’s grand opening hours are 11:00 am to 6:00 pm or sell out. Their temporary hours are Thursday and Friday from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm. Follow their Instagram page for updates.

ABOUT: Coping Cookies started in 2020 as a bake sale to benefit various local, grassroots organizations – all while baking cookies for friends. As word started to spread, they began organizing Coping Cookies into something they could share with more people in the Seattle area and beyond.
