I first discovered 400 Fairview in South Lake Union when I went to visit the Kai Market’s grand opening in early May—Uwajimaya’s new boutique concept store. Market Hall on the ground floor of the 400 Fairview building is a food and retail experience with different shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes.
