Seattleite men, there’s a new shirt in town!
Guys, if you think figuring out which wine to pair with dinner is difficult, then you’ve probably also struggled with finding a comfortable dress shirt that looks good untucked to wear to the restaurant.
It’s been described as “off the beaten track” and “under the radar,” but I’ve been a fan of Woodhouse Wine Estates’ silky whites and robust reds for the last five years, since I first tasted their 2002 Maghee “Big Boy” Merlot. (Seriously, how can you not like a wine called “Big Boy?”)

Fear not, thirsty Seattleites — a unique wine country opportunity lies just over the Sammamish River Valley. Though the city of Woodinville boasts the wildly popular Red Hook Brewery, as well as several locally sourced restaurants like Herbfarm, the community is best known for its thriving wine scene.
