Domaine de Canton’s “Bartender of the Year” regional semifinal cocktail-off is tonight at 7 p.m.
WHAT: Eight of Seattle’s top mixologists will show off their most creative cocktails in a spirited competition to earn the title “Best Bartender of the Year” in a competition hosted by Maurice Cooper et Cie, producer and importer of Domaine de Canton, the world’s leading super-premium ginger liqueur. Tonight’s event will determine who goes to the finals in St. Martin.
Domaine de Canton’s Bartender of the Year Competition is considered the pinnacle of bartender competitions for artisan mixologists, thanks to the $10,000 grand prize and finals at the La Samanna Luxury Resort and Spa in French St. Martin. The finals will take place June 5-7.
The semifinalists will have ten minutes to mix their cocktail for the judges. Complimentary appetizers and samples of the competitors’ cocktails will be available.
