This tasty bistro and wine bar in Pike Place Market opens today!
Chef Daisley Gordon does it again with Marché Bistro & Wine Bar, located in the same ‘hood’ as his popular Café Campagne in the Pike Place Market. His new creation serves up robust, full-flavored French bistro cuisine with locally produced ingredients.
You can’t get any fresher than ingredients straight from the vendors at the market where the menu gets its daily inspiration from the bountiful selection produced by the local farmers who look after their land and the environment.
Each visit to Marché will be different, as their menu will constantly evolve with the seasons and whatever the market has to offer.
Pair any of Marché’s delectable dishes with their wide array of well-chosen wines. For those who prefer other forms of libations, there is a full bar with any type of cocktail you can dream of and a unique line of beers.
To start off your meal, try diving in to butter spiced prawn au pot, or perhaps curried mussels and cucumber salad, then feast on the house-made chicken and chanterelle mushroom sausage. Marché’s savory menu will please every palette and take your taste buds on a journey of flavors.
If you’re looking for a happening’ happy hour to post up at this evening, stop by Marché and join in on the grand opening celebration event from 4:30 to 6:30pm today, where you’ll be treated with hors d’oeuvres and sabered bottles of Crémant — oui, s’il vous plaît!
