Things will get a lil’ hot and steamy at the Triple Door this weekend.

If you consider the outpouring of cliché Valentine’s Day roses, heart-shaped chocolate boxes, jewelry ads, lingerie commercials, or just all shades of red as exhausting, you have yet to see The Atomic Bombshells combine it all in their cheeky flair.

Starting Saturday, Feb. 11, gear up for the holiday of love with this flashy burlesque troupe as they gussie themselves up to perform their fourth year of “J’Adore! A Burlesque Valentine” at The Triple Door.

Though typically an all-female troupe – save host and charming front man, Jasper McCann – the Atomic Bombshells are shaking things up this Valentine’s Day and welcoming the very first Atomic Boyshell, Lou Henry Hoover.

Guest stars will also include audience favorites such as Ben Delacreme (“Homo for the Holidays,” “Freedom Fantasia”) and Cherdonna Shinatra (“The Cherdonna and Lou Show”).  Together, troupe members such as Honey D. Luxe (“The Doe-Eyed Darling), Kitten La Rue (“The Purrr-fect Pet”), and Lily Vanderloo (“The Temptress in a Tutu”) will showcase their winning combination of burlesque, dance, and drag in an array of leg-baring, feather-tastic, tassle-happy outfits while swaying, marching, and seducing audiences with their bold lineup of new and classic acts.

For the past three years, The Atomic Bombshells’ performance has sold out, and for good reason.  This year should prove no different, as attendees will also be able to enjoy award-winning Wild Ginger food and wine while watching the cheeky celebration of romance.  Tickets for Saturday and Sunday’s performances are $22 if bought in advance at $25 at the door.  For the Monday, Feb. 13 show, tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door.
