On your mark, get set, uncork!

Are you handy with a waiter’s corkscrew? Total Wine & More in Bellevue, a recently opened 30,000 square foot wine store, is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the “most people uncorking wine simultaneously,” title.  As each bottle must be opened by one individual, they’re asking for you to come down and display your skills with a bottle to participant and help set the record.

Currently, the record stands at 308 bottles uncorked simultaneously which was set earlier this year by Bon Appetit’s Vegas Uncork’d event at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.  So get on out there folks and show the people of Las Vegas how serious you Seattleites are about your wine. Stay after to enjoy a BBQ feast, wine and beer tastings, prizes and more.
