Style File: Topshop and Topman coming to Nordstrom

The usually classy-conservative Nordstrom will get a funky rock-and-roll twist when the department store begins carrying clothes from British fashion chain Topshop this September.

Both Topshop and its men’s line Topman will come to Nordstrom stores. Currently, the brand only has three stores in the United States, and Seattle-based Nordstrom will be the only large U.S. retailer to carry the edgy brand in its stores. The launch will begin on Sept. 10 and will initially only be at 14 Nordstrom locations.

For Seattleites, the nearest location will be at the Westfield Southcenter Mall in Tukwila. But don’t fret! Customers can also buy their Topshop and Topman digs on Nordstrom’s website. Stores carrying the trendy designs will include a full selection of the hottest looks from both Topshop and Topman, as well as gotta-have limited-edition pieces made specifically for Nordstrom shoppers.

“Topshop and Topman are internationally renowned leaders in fashion,” Pete Nordstrom, president of merchandising for Nordstrom  Inc., said in a press release. “We think our customers are going to love their take on trend-led fashion and great pieces.”
