AFTERNOON TEA | YEAR-ROUND
The Heathman’s year-round English-inspired Afternoon Tea is offered Thursday through Sunday from 12:00 – 4:00 pm in the cozy, well-appointed hotel lobby. The magical experience offers guests a chance to relax by the fire while enjoying an intimate conversation. Executive Chef Brian Scheehser and Pastry Chef Jacquelynn Beckman have added a few new seasonal bites paired with their loose leaf brewed teas, which accompany Trellis Restaurant’s house made menu.
Both sweet and savory items are offered in the afternoon tea menu, featuring three tiers of delicious goodies. One of our favorites include the French macarons that are hand dipped in chocolate and the perfect crunchy-to-chewy consistency. Our favorite savory bite was the Wine Country Bite with onion jam, a slice of soft brie, and cured meat on a crostini. Many of the berries and fruits used are grown on Chef Brian’s 18-acre farm in Woodinville. The farm to table philosophy is integrated throughout all the menus at Trellis. They can also accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and other dietary restrictions.

The tea service is priced at $32 per adult and $19 for children (12 and under). Reservations are required and can be made by calling Trellis at 425-284-5900 or via OpenTable. Reservations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
CHRISTMAS DAY | FRIDAY, DECEMBER 25
This year, leave the cooking and dishes to Chef Brian and his team. They will be preparing a sumptuous four-course offering with many of Trellis’ signature dishes. The Christmas Dinner is priced at $80 per adult and $25 for children (12 and under) and is exclusive of gratuity and tax.

NEW YEAR’S EVE | THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31
Enjoy this New Year Eve’s — Trellis Style, with a menu fit for ringing in 2016. Reservations are required for the New Year’s dinner, and it is priced at $95 per adult and is exclusive of tax and gratuity.
