Madison’s quintessential pizza is now available on the hill.

Ian’s Pizza on the Hill opened last fall and offers pizza by the slice, whole pies, delivery, and beer and wine. Located in Zpizza’s old location on Broadway, this smaller chain or “pizza collective” from Madison, Wisconsin is taking familiar ingredients—not commonly used as toppings—and creating new and delicious pizzas. They also offer gluten-free and vegan options.

Their “all-time bestseller” Mac n’ Cheese with creme, mozzarella, mac noodles, and cheddar. Other creations include Chipotle Sweet Potato, Taco Pizza, and Cheesy Potato & Ranch. For a healthier choice, Ian’s features a build-your-own-salad bar with veggies, fruits, proteins, cheese, and your choice of dressing. $2.50 for a small and $3.50 for a large, $0.50 each for mix-ins.

On top of their signature pies, they also run monthly specials. April specials are the Macadilla Killa (mac ‘n cheese and buffalo chicken quesadilla pizza with extra cheddar) and the Chili Cheese Frito.

“We are proud and excited to continue serving Capitol Hill, and we’re looking forward to our first summer in Seattle,” co-owner and manager, Brandon Stottler told Seattleite.
