On June 30th, Elysian brewing hosted their second annual Search Party at Seattle Center. The party is a celebration of music, beer, and community in Seattle. 100% of the proceeds go to The Vera Project, an all-ages, volunteer-fueled music and arts venue at Seattle Center.

Backdropped by the Space Needle, we enjoyed performances by Young the Giant, Deerhunter, Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears, and Sundries. In addition to live music, Search Party also included appearances of dangling aerialists, tattoo artists, delicious food trucks, art displays, and 40+ beers from breweries across the country.
One of my favorite booths at the party was The Vera Project’s, which featured posters from past concerts made in-house throughout the organization’s history—local art at its finest!

Founded by Elysian’s co-founders, Joe Bisacca and Dave Buhler, with a deep-rooted mission built around community engagement, Search Party felt like just that—one big party. And at only $35 a ticket for 6+ hours of live music and entertainment, the Search Party is an annual event you don’t want to miss.
