We’ve just discovered one of the best sunset perches in the entire region; you too can enjoy it, at Renton’s Hyatt Regency Lake Washington. This weekend we drank in the stunning views while attending one of the hotel’s pop-up dinners (plugged in a recent story).

Whether you head to this lakeside getaway simply for one luxuriously extended meal—or you make a staycation out of the experience this September and beyond—we promise you’ll walk away feeling refreshed and renewed.

During this time when so many restaurants are struggling, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington has decided to support the community by opening its outdoor terrace to local restaurants who don’t have their own alfresco space.

The first restaurant they partnered with was Nine Tale, who served delightful modern Korean dishes, including soy ginger salmon tartare, kalbi filet mignon and yuzu sherbet with watermelon.

Find more photos below, and keep your eyes peeled for more enticing events to come!
