Conversation’s Chef Kaleena Bliss, previously the Executive Sous Chef at Six Seven at The Edgewater Hotel, is the Executive Chef at the Thompson Seattle. Chef Bliss brings more than a decade of culinary experience to Thompson’s signature restaurant, Conversation, as well as The Nest rooftop lounge, catering, and banquets. With a deep passion for fresh and local ingredients, Chef Bliss has reinvigorated Conversation’s brunch menu to be one that has something for everyone.

The menu at Conversation is fun and has plenty of delicious options. My personal favorite is the Classic Benedict with smoked ham, hollandaise, and breakfast potatoes. Other crowd favorites are the House-made Granola, Smoked Salmon Lox, Belgian Waffle with fresh peaches and blueberries, and the Smoked Ham Melt. Conversation also has a “Brunch & Booze” deal, which gets you any two brunch entrees and a carafe of mimosa for $59.
Situated in the heart of downtown Seattle and just steps from the city’s historic Pike Place Market, Thompson Seattle offers breathtaking views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountain Range. Opened in June 2016, Thompson Seattle marked Thompson Hotels’ first property in the Pacific Northwest.
Conversation is currently open for dine-in Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
