In this edition of Food Porn, we feature Beachhouse Bar+Grill, a casual waterfront restaurant serving up American gourmet cuisine. Using fresh, local, and natural ingredients, providing dockside service, and offering daily specials on food and drinks, Beachhouse is a great place to meet up with coworkers after work, but family-friendly enough to bring the kids.

The Dungeness Crab Cakes served with a sweet Thai chili sauces and mango salsa. The Wild Spicy Prawns with a chili Cajun cream sauce, bacon, tomatoes, and scallions served with grilled bread. The Teriyaki Chicken Sesame Salad with natural chicken breast, Mandarin oranges, snow peas, red peppers, celery, toasted almonds, and fried wontons is vibrant and full of flavor.

One of Beachhouse’s most popular items, The Beachhouse Burger is a natural 1/2 lb. burger with Boursin cheese, bacon, a “secret” burger sauce, and carmelized onions. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken with a creamy mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw is perfect for chicken lovers. The chicken is incredibly moist, tender, and easy-to-eat breast meat.

The S’Mores dessert is served with tableside grilling over an open flame. Lots of liquid desserts to choose from such as the Coffee Nudge with Brandy, Kahlua, and dark Creme de Cocoa or the Jamaican Coffee with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Tia Maria, and coffee.

Their happy hour is offered daily from 3-7PM and 9PM-close, as well as all-day happy hour on Mondays. With a wide variety of items including steak sliders, beef gyro, chicken wings, fish and chips, and “twisted” mac & cheese, this is one of the premier happy hours in Kirkland. With a great menu and amazing view, Beachhouse is sure to please customers of all ages.
