The PWI Music Festival better known as People With Instruments, is a music festival that takes place in Carnation, WA in the heart of a 53-acre farm where a assortment of pigs and dairy cows roam, including the festival mascot Pe-Wee, a particularly friendly bovine that is featured on the poster.

PWI is a regional festival, drawings on a diversity of acts, from true local favorites from ‘the valley’ to critically acclaimed bands from communities such as Seattle, Bellingham, and Spokane.

This year is the second year for PWI and headliners include: Polecat, Fly Moon Royalty, Blake Noble, McTuff, and The Staxx Brothers, who have already thrilled audiences at festivals such Sasquatch, The Capital Hill Block Party, and Bumbershoot.

VIP tickets reserved for Seattleite readers get you access to the artist camping with the bands. You’ll be able to catch sets from backstage and experience the festival from the perspective of the artist. Bring your blankets and your own instruments to jam by the campfire in the evening with the performing artists.
