Want to support Washington state spirits, but don’t know where to start? PROOF is the Washington Distillers Guild’s flagship annual event happening today! It features more than 40 of the state’s distilleries in collaboration with 15 local restaurants and food purveyors for savory bites and sweet treats. Here you will find a sampling of Washington’s up and coming, as well as established, distilleries proudly displayed by the fine crafts folk who made them. If you find something you really like, you’ll be able to purchase it directly from the distillery table!
