PROOF – Washington Distillers Festival is the flagship tasting event for the craft distilleries that make up the Washington Distillers Guild, the largest of its kind in the nation. PROOF attendees will have the chance to sample award-winning spirits, and meet the craftsmen and women who are putting Washington on the global spirits map.
Sample craft spirits from more than 40 Washington distilleries, including gin, whiskey, bourbon, vodka and more. Nibble on delicious bites from top local restaurants and food purveyors.
Expert bartenders can help you set-up your home bar and teach you cocktail tips with these following sessions:
- “Ice – More Than Keeping Your Beverage Cold” with Steve Cox of Creative Ice
- “American Whiskey 101” with Christopher Gronbeck of The Barrel Thief
- “Eff Yeah, Gin (The Lives of Gin)” with Renee Cebula of Raising the Bar
Learn how your favorite craft spirits are made and interact one-on-one with the craftsmen and women. Sessions are included with your ticket price and will be taught by local bartenders and industry celebrities.
