16 chefs from the most-talked-about restaurants in Seattle will duke it out at the Seattle Design Center on May 19th for the title of Lamb Jam Seattle Champion.

Join these chefs on a culinary tour across the globe as they explore dishes like lamb curry roti, lamb Cubanos, and lamb belly ramen. There are four cuisine categories the chefs will be competing in: Asian, Latin, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern.
Seattle is the third stop on this multi-city cook off that brings together the nation’s top culinary talent to celebrate the 80,000 family operated farms and ranches raising lamb across the nation. The Lamb Jam Seattle Champion will advance to the finale later this year to compete with Lamb Jam winners from Austin, Boston, DC, San Francisco, and Denver, for the ultimate title of “Lamb Jam Master.”
